7-Day Exchange Policy
Effective date: 27 September 2026
Products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are not available.
Exchange eligibility
- The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product, accessories, packaging, invoice and supplied items must be returned in their original condition.
- The product must not be physically damaged, misused or altered by the customer.
- Defective, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect products will be inspected before exchange approval.
Hearing-aid fitting and programming
Hearing aids are fitted and programmed according to individual hearing requirements. Any exchange is subject to product inspection, model availability and professional assessment at our centre.
Exchange process
Contact Sachin Hearing Aid, Hearing Test & BERA Centre with your invoice and order details. After inspection and approval, the product will be exchanged with the same model or an available suitable replacement. Any price difference for a higher-value replacement must be paid by the customer.
No refund
This is an exchange-only policy. Cash, bank or online-payment refunds are not provided.
